Today is the March for Life, the annual event to protest Roe v. Wade, the 1973 Supreme Court decision that overturned abortion laws nationwide and that has resulted in the death of nearly 50 million innocent American children since that date. You may not be able to get to Washington today to join the march, but you can show your support by registering as a virtual marcher. So far over 65,000 Americans are participating virtually, including leaders like RNC Chairman Michael Steele, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, Florida Senate candidate Marco Rubio, Andrew Breitbart of, and Americans United for Life CEO Charmaine Yoest.

Tulsa had its own March for Life. Began about 6:30 p.m. at 8th x Boulder. Took path of about 3/4 of 8 block rectangle, down Boulder to 10th, east two blocks, then N to street on which Centenial Park located, then w to park for 35 minute rally. Ended about 7:50 p.m.

My quick count rough guestimate (count number in cluster, then number of clusters in area, then number of areas extrapolation) said 2K +/- 500. First in what organizers promised to be annual event downtown should Roe remain.

Did not see Sat night tv news, so don't know if March showed up there. Do know on line version of Whirled contained no report. Par.
