You're walking outside on a US Air Force base at about 5 p.m. and suddenly you hear a bugle call blaring over the loudspeaker. People stop in their tracks and stand at attention. Those in uniform salute. Drivers pull over. What's happening is "retreat." Chief Master Sgt.
